Understanding and Rebalancing the Five Elements in Human Biology
The human body is not a simple association of isolated organs, but a complex symphony, directed by vital currents. Nutripuncture® identifies these currents through five primordial elements: Earth, Water, Air, Fire, and Ether. When these elements are in harmony, the body self-regulates and the mind is aligned. Each session is designed to be immersive, combining theoretical approaches and practical applications with reminders of Associative and Sequential Nutripuncture®.
Practical Experience: Beyond theory, each session includes practical tests to allow you to experience the immediate impact of Nutripuncture® on the body’s self-regulation.
- The Earth – The Grounding: preserving mouth functions, supporting digestion, transformation, and bone structure. Addressing the psycho-emotional dimension of taste, the link with action and grounding in life.
- The Water – The Origin: Supporting gonadal and auditory function, the circulation of fluids. Energizing vital reserves and communication. Managing stress and deep fears. Psychosomatic expression of the Water element.
- The Air – Identity Expression and the Breath of Life: solutions to strengthen the respiratory system, sense of smell, transit, immunity, and muscular elasticity. Psychosomatic expression of the Air element.
- The Fire – The Projection: vision and circulation harmony. Solutions for cerebral and cardiac dynamics. Psychosomatic expression of the Fire element.
- The Ether – Self-Limitation/Boundaries: inner space and skin, nervous system, and individual integrity. Psychosomatic expression of the Boundary element.
